VERY happy with these patches - They work well and stay on, even through multiple washes (very durable). Tore a hole in my brand new cycling jacket and this saved it.

Worked well even if the color didn’t match as well as I wanted..

Easy apply. Stays on wash after wash. Color match great. The photos are of a third patch I used on the same jacket after first application 2 years later. Original patches held great. This was another hole that occurred. We have them in black also. Same story. Works. You don’t get a lot of patch fabric for cost. But for an occasional tear this works great. And they are precut. If I were anticipating more tears I would buy the role style or large patch style and cut. But I’d rather not buy more matching patch than I may ever need. It’s just more to store. This is perfect for a jacket or small repairs. Showing the color in 2 different lights. Burgundy. To the naked eye it matches great. And I’m a color nerd. The slight variation in color is light reflecting off the fiber in the patch.

The color matched however the size I needed wasn’t included so I had to cut one to the size I needed. Other than that they were good quality. It was easy to apply and seems to have a good strong hold. I don’t know about washing it because the jacket I applied it to is dry clean only.

Originally bought to use as alternative to fusible webbing to repair new shirt damaged by scissors (store was careless when packaging items I bought online) I used to open package. Turned shirt inside out before applying one of the smaller translucent repair patches. Washed shirt and patch held through two machine washings. Shirt not worn often, so don’t know how many more washings patch will last. Used to stop fraying of open work embroidery neckline on my favorite PJs. Had to use two of same-sized patches for repair—one patch applied to both sides of garment (only had one package of patches at the time, so used scissors to cut biggest patch into equal halves). Repair is visible since patch had to be used on exterior of garment, but only one person other than myself sees my PJs. I’ve bought three packages of translucent patches thus far (bought when regular price and when reduced price). I recommend the repair patches for limited use on garments. Stickers are more efficient than sewing (sewing is tedious work to me).

Many of the patches are way too small. That said, I did have great success with the larger patches. I bought these to do a repair on the rain hood of my golf bag. There were three small holes, close together. I used a patch on the outside, and backed it up on the inside. The white color of the patches look great on the white raincover. (The raincover is always up and closed on my clubs when the clubs aren’t in use, and the golf bag is kept in club storage at my golf club.) I bought and applied the patches in early summer, and they have held up through the season - work great, and really aren’t noticeable. The only reason I took off a star was due to the smaller patches in the package. Perhaps there is a use for them, but I suspect they would be difficult to remove from the backing.

Easy to use and appear to be good quality, should prolong the life of the garment (ski salopettes) at least another season or two, so a worthwhile investment. Haven’t washed the garment yet but feel that they should remain adhered, certainly on a gentle wash.
