I started taking this fall Before an overseas trip and also because last fall and winter I was sick for five consecutive months with one thing after another and I wanted to keep my knee and system strong. I have not been sick once in the fall or this winter season, even though everyone else in my family has been sick a few times.

I have suspected Epstein Barr for a long time. It seems to keep inflammation high in my system. I take Monolaurin as suggested. I have less itching and general tension from inflammation. I take it daily.

Not for pain relief. Pills are coated so no taste but they are a bit large.
