It is faintly scented but not overpowering. It has a smooth texture that goes on nicely. I got it for my father who suffers from cracked skin and rashes. I will update how it goes!

The product arrived well and in time. No problems there. And seems to be an effective cream for what I was needing. My main concern comes to what is advertised and what you actually get. Product supposes to be a 2 Oz. presentation, and the container is compared in the picture with another 1 oz. and 2 oz. products that came filled to the top, satisfying that standard you expect. This product container is in the middle and its closer to 1 oz. one. And second problem, is that came filled just to about half of the container. And with no protective aluminum/plastic inside lid, it kind of looks that I got a used product or something happened to it. Most medical/or specific care products I used, always come with characteristic like this, specially to avoid possible bacteria and extent product usage span. I just ordered a second container, and hope to have a more satisfying experience this time. Then maybe, this comment would be updated.

I have atopic dermatitis (eczcema) which is a chronic skin condition where my skin is constantly dry. I decided to try this Sistikoko Eczema Cream to see if it would help me.It has many natural ingredients which I approve of; the scent is not perfumy which is nice. But it is runny... I'm careful to make sure this is on a solid table since spilling this would mean a big mess.It does moisturizes well but does leave a sheen on the skin and it soaks in slowly.I'm going to try and find a squeeze top bottle and see if I feel more comfortable using this product that way.

First off, the product came with the seal broken and the stuff was leaking out as I opened the lid. It got all over my fingers and I literally cannot get this smell off of me! I have washed multiple times and even used hand sanitizer. It smells disgusting! I am returning because the seal was broken but I would've returned anyway because of the smell 🤢

I don't suffer from any diagnosed skin issues, but I live in a super dry climate so my skin is always struggling. I got this because of the manuka honey, which I hear is super good for hydrating. So far, so good. I use this on my hands and arms before bed and it absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any stickiness or residue. It does have a smell to it. It's a medical smell. It's not unpleasant or anything, but it is rather strong. I don't have a problem with it. My hands definitely feel a lot smoother and softer since using it, and it's only been a few days.

I have eczema and purchased this item based on the advertising of being able to return if it was not satisfactory. I gave it a try; initially it was a just okay moisturizer. Nowhere near the advertising claim. Within a couple of weeks it ended up causing more and more irritation to my skin, so I had to discontinue using.When I looked into a return/refund, I found that it can only be returned if damaged or defective. So I'm stuck with a pricey product that is useless.UPDATE: After some hoop jumping to resolve this, Amazon has issued me a refund. I give them 5 stars!

I ordered this cream because due to working in the cold months, the skin on my hands have become dried and cracked. Lotions aren't doing the trick, so I decided to try this instead. I've been testing this manuka honey cream out for over a week and it's been working well for me. The skin on my hands are finally healing up. The cream has a very strong scent, so this might bother those who are sensitive to smells. However, I like this and it's working better than I thought it would.
