HTC Desire 820 SIM-Free Smartphone - Grey

Product arrived on time and as expected.

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! Lasts a few months, I've had mine replaced, still rubbish. slow and bulky, can't cope with anything. stay away.

I do not wish comment about the phone, but about the product I received. Though nothing is mentioned as single sim or dual sim, as a normal user, everyone would expect the product to be dual sim. But it is not. The item that I received 3 days back was a single sim model. There will be 2 slots for SIM,only one will be usable. Other slot will be blocked and you cannot use it. So beware, if you are planning to buy a Dual SIM. I am returning my phone in 2 days time.

Okay for the price. Not dual SIM.Screen is about 5.5in, has good brightness even when brightness level is turned down, and is plenty large enough for reading, watching video, gaming, etc on the go.Plastic build feels cheap and is very slippery so you'll need a case. I bought this one (in black when it was in stock), and it's great. They only have pink and red in stock now though. Graphic-heavy gaming will drain the battery faster.Rear camera isn't great especially in artificial light or when indoors. Front camera performs better.UPDATE #1: Started off with good performance but 6 months down the line, with moderate use, the phone's performance is becoming slower even after a factory reset and ensuring that I don't have too many apps/processes, etc running. Looks like I'll be replacing this phone by Christmas with a new high-end Google Nexus phone.UPDATE #2: 8 months after purchase, the phone suddenly developed a fault that rendered the phone unusable. Now waiting to return it to Amazon for a refund.Be aware, HTC technical support via live chat on their website is painfully slow and unresponsive to deal with. No idea what they are like to deal with on the phone since my phone couldn't be used.

Nice phone. As expected. Camera and speed very good.

Great phone. Thought I'd struggle with it as it's big but it's so much easier to read that I use it for emails, facebook, internet, etc more. Haven't printed any photos yet so not sure how they'll be but they look good on the phone.

Not the best on the market, but it does a basic job certainly not a Samsung S6 when it comes to performance.
