I installed this in Mid-November 2018. I use it at our camp/cabin. I love it, it gives me peace of mind that I know what is going on there, while I am away. The setup was easy, I did run into one bump in that I had to do a factory reset (there is a reset button) on the base station. It did take me a little bit of time to figure that out, but it was saved in how easy the rest of the setup was. It came with the magnetic mounts and one static mount. The magnetic mounts were so easy to install and it is great to know it is going to be easy to remove the cameras when I need to recharge them... Which... they came about 90% charged - and now, after over 12 weeks they are only down to 44%. That being said, because it is out in the woods, we don't get a lot of action with the cameras.. maybe a few times a week. I disarm the cameras (really simple to do from the app) when I am there so I am not getting alerts and my guests don't feel that I'm spying on them... The REALLY impressive thing is that they said they only work to 14 degrees F. Well, today it is -5 (yes, MINUS five) and I am still getting a feed. I did do the "upgrade" package for the service, which I think ended up being around $98 a year.. it lets you set your zones and tells you if it is a person or an animal... I think the sensors have worked great... I mostly just see deer, the neighbors dog and once, a fox! pretty cool. Sometimes it says an animal is a person, but it has not said a person is an animal.... so I know if it says "animal" I shouldn't be worried... The alerts to my phone are great and come within 20-30 seconds max of when the activity starts. As far as range, I would say the farthest camera we have from the base station is about 120'... in the picture I added, you can see the shed, the farthest camera is at the shed and the base station is about 20' to the left of where the camera is that took the photo. I am very happy that this refurbished unit worked out well... it was a great deal compared to buying new, and 5 cameras was the perfect amount for me. I'm going to buy another one, and I hope it works out as well as this one did!

We've had these almost a year. We love them. The 5 pack was just enough for us. We have 4 outside & one inside. The battery life is great & they are a nice compact size. We take the outisde ones down maybe every 2 months to charge them. The night vision is okay. It's not crystal clear, but you can see what you need to see. In daytime they are perfect. I like that you can hear crystal clear audio and you can speak through the cameras via the Arlo app. They were easy to setup & the app is great. Since we only have 5, instead of 6, we don't have to pay Arlo a monthly fee. The Arlo fee applies with 6 or more cameras. It gives me peace of mind that we can simply pull up the app and check on the house any time, when at work or traveling. We had to buy 3 wall mounts to properly 90° angle a few of the outside ones (angled up/down both sides of the house & across the backyard). The mounts that they come with may give you about a 45-50° angle, if needed.

The Arlo Pro cameras work pretty well and have decent night vision, but seem to have a delay on the motion sensor. Even with the sensitivity maxed out, the videos I look at don't start until after someone or something has moved well into view. It could be a setting I'm missing out on or something but this has been my experience in the one week I've had them set up. I like the app; have two of my cameras maxed out on resolution so the picture comes out really well in the videos, like the controls for the app and cameras. Seem pretty expensive for the cost/quality ratio, even as refurbished. We will see how they fare down the road.

Day 1 seems to be going alright. Had to call netgear and have the home base hard rebooted before it would pull up to go through the initial setup, i thought it was going to be a rough experience but it wasn't too bad. The cameras seem to be doing well, 90% charged on the batteries out of the box. The motion detection is a little laggy on some cameras, I happen to have some work being done on my house today so the alerts are coming in like crazy, sometimes the video isn't recording until the person is walking out of the frame....that is my only major compliant, video quality is great. I will update periodically.Update 7 months later we are going strong, batteries don’t last as long as I’d like but it isn’t terrible

El producto es reacondicionado certificado. Sin embargo todo venía en perfecto estado, es más, si nunca se ha comprado uno nuevo no te darias cuenta que es reacondiconado. Todo se conectó fácilmente. Tengo 2 meses usándolo y ni una sola falla. No le faltó ninguna pieza y todo se encuentra en orden. La entrega como siempre una maravilla
