Very happy with this purchase
I had been looking into purchasing a standing desk for a few weeks, but just couldn't quite get myself to spend the money on some of the name brand models. I found this option on Amazon and took a chance, as there was only one review at the time. I received the product quickly, and it was very easy to set up, although do note that while the box says no tools are required for assembly, I did end up needing a rather long screwdriver to get it together. The first two weeks I had the desk it worked great. I was able to fit my docking station and both large monitors. I did purchase an anti-fatigue mat to use while standing, as well as a footstool for sitting. I'm 5'9", but because my screens are elevated while sitting, I had to raise my chair to put them at eye level, which caused my feet to barely hit the floor. The third week I had the desk, I had trouble lowering it from the standing position. The fourth week, it would not rise up at all. I emailed customer service, and they quickly responded. The cables that control the hydraulics are similar to a bike brake and had stretched/loosened. All I had to do was tighten a few nuts, and it was back in working order again. Minor inconvenience, but the price point is well worth it. Just make sure you have a long phillips screwdriver and a small adjustable wrench.

PRAYERS ANSWERED
I purchased the VIVO standing desk as a way to become more productive and alert, while working. Setup was easy, as all is required is to screw on the keyboard brackets, keyboard holder, and leg stabilizers. All told, it took 10 minutes and a phillips screwdriver. When reviewing all of the other standing desk options, I was skeptical about this one, based on its price point, being so low compared to other models. Well I can tell you that the quality is great and all of my coworkers are eyeing me enviously, as they are very impressed with its ergonomics and design.Raising and lowing the platform is simply, as it has dual pistons and hand levers that control the locking features. You can adjust the desk from 6 inches to 16 inches (monitor platform height). I have two 27 inch monitors and there are no problems with weight or distribution of the monitor stands on the platform.CON:1. Particle board materials throughout. This might prove an issue for the keyboard holder, as the weight of resting your hands/wrist on it may cause it to fail at the screw holes eventually.2. Large footprint on desk. Not an issue for me, but this is a large stand that will require about 30 inches x 30 inches of desktop space.PROS: Everything!!!Every coworker that has seen the VIVO wants one...that is a statement of it's quality and usefulness. No need to spend $300-$500 on a stand, buy this one!!!!

Good desk at the price point, few things to know
I ordered this as a work from home agent. I work 40-50 hours each week and sitting was getting difficult. I needed a larger desk to accommodate a 27 inch iMac and 2nd monitor that is also 27 inches. They do need to be in somewhat of a V shape to fit though. I do want to mention the 43.5 inch marking it at the extreme widest part and that is actually a very small area due to the curve.Arrived promptly in good condition, putting it together was fairly simple, the instructions could be a little better but with common sense, included illustrations and a few tools went to together easily within 15 minutes or so.This desk is easy to use, easy to lift and lower. The keyboard tray is fully adjustable. I will include photos of the distance from the top of the keyboard tray to the top of the keyboard. All told from the desk to the keyboard adds just over an inch to the total height to keyboard in the down position. The gap itself is only about a quarter inch, the keyboard tray is substantially thick. In its down position the desk adds 6 inches to the entire height. The desk itself appears remarkably well made, and even the handles have a nice feeling and design and are easy to clean. I will edit at a later time on how well the gas cylinders have held up.The device holder is nice, although not quite large enough for a standard 9.7 iPad in a case. If you remove the case an iPad 9.7 inch fits perfectly. It works well for a mini or mobile phone however. There are several reasons I gave it 4 stars and a few things I want to mention. Not to dissuade - more to allow people to understand exactly the pro’s and cons of this desk. One, if you approach 30 pounds - when you lift if you are not steady it will slide forward a bit. Not a huge amount but a little bit. If I remove the heavy iMac I notice it does not slide at all. Second, I would like to see some method of cable management included. Because there pinch points under the desk you have to be careful where cables are. I myself took a touch of glue and some thin velco on the underside and created my own (really 2 minutes and 20 cents of material). For me this was nothing major at this price point. Third (and this is the biggest complain for me) the keyboard/mouse tray has a very limited amount of room to maneuver a mouse when using a full size keyboard. What is the point of having multiple devices/monitors if you have a tiny 6x6 area for a mouse? I have yet to even find a mouse pad that will fit so I know in time the laminate will show the wear from the mouse. At this price point its a great system overall with a few minor quirks. I hope this review has given you some insight, when I went looking it seemed difficult to find truly honest reviews so I hope this has given you some insight about this desk and helped you decide if it is the right product for you.EDIT: 4 months later desk is stuck in a mid position. Too high to type sitting, too low to stand without hunching. I have emailed seller and will update with what seller has to say

Definitely worth the money
Very sturdy, comes almost fully assembled. Super easy to do the final assembly, took less than 10 minutes. It holds both my monitors, laptop, keyboard and mouse comfortably with no shaking or shifting as I'm working.* One thing to note - if you're tall (5'9 or above) you may want to get some small monitor risers as well. Without monitor risers, on the highest setting, I was still looking down just a bit. Overall, well worth the money and my back is already much happier

Easy to use and well made
Besides being extremely easy to assemble, this desk top is easy to use and an absolute blessing. I use it at the office and my back has been feeling so much better now that I don't have to sit at my desk all day. I also get a ton of compliments on it because it just looks really professional and well put together. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Sit or Stand
I have been suffering with sitting several hours at work almost to the point of changing my job. This is easy to build and does exactly what you need to be able to sit a while then stand a while. Brilliant bit of kit.

Great value and well built
Very strong and easy to pick up and push down. Assembly was simple. Might be ideal to be 2 if your not a handyman/woman.Works well with other VIVO products like the Duo monitor mount. I’m able to fit my 15inch laptop and 2 x 27inch screens. The keyboard space is not the largest, especially if you use a Logitech MK710 combo mouse and keyboard or larger. But with the mouse on the top and keyboard below it fits just right.

3rd one we bought in the last 3 months
I have been putting these up at work and every time someone gets one, another co-worker notices and says, "Hey, can I get one of those?!" Everyone seems very happy with them and they are working great.

too small
The space for the keyboard is very small, just for key board, hard to put the mouse, and no space for you to move your mouse.

Big and easy to use!
I really like how big this desk is, it can cover up the entirety of a regular sized office desk.It can also easily hold two monitors, and it offers adjustment for keyboard tilt. I wish the keyboard stand was bigger towards the back edge to also hold a trackpad alongside. The packaging was originally missing one of the components but the manufacturer made sure to ship out replacements.Really happy with it!
