It really helps
I was a bit skeptical of the reviews but so far now for three days I been taking them and I’ve gone to bed early. I never go to bed early. I’m more like a night owl lol. I take two in the evening and start to feel relaxed within an hour or so. The flavor taste great and they so soft. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
