Skilfully Scazzero weaves the foundations and principles of why a personal rule of life is vitally important for the emotionally healthy disciple. He draws from the breadth and depth of the fullness of Christian traditions all with the ultimate aim to help the reader craft their own personal rule of life to follow Christ and to focus on loving him the most.
