Its definately way to large---both dimensions!
It is way too wide and way to high (large, on the seat & the back). It is also too thin to offer a cool ride in Summer---there is nothing too it.

Not what I expected
I bought 2 of these, for my husbands old jeep. Unfortunately they were not what I was looking for. I had hoped for them to be like the old timey car seat cushions that had wire spring air cool between the fabrics. These might work for a seat cover, but I returned them because they were not what I expected.

As advertised
Thinner and more flexible than I thought it would be but does allow some airflow. If I’d have known it was this flexible I’d have gotten it with the lumbar support. All in all I’m happy
