On both, they act like a 'stuck key on a keyboard' , systems they are connected to are unusable while the USB is plugged into computer, with menus immediately closing when opened, even the on screen displays to change input (built into monitor) will not open as it thinks you are touching outside the menu. 2 stars due to heavy use for a year, not restaurant level. Would not recommend for a restaurant, we use these for video playback kiosks.
