If I was an avid runner I would use these shorts though probably be more inclined to use synthetic shorts instead. So since I don't want to mess-up my knees in the long run, I use these as lounge shorts instead. Very retro in style, but the most important thing is that it's super comfortable.Now on the inside there is a mesh pouch to hold the goods, but honestly it didn't perform that well for me anyways. Overall, I liked the feel and fit of these shorts, and will buy more in the future.
