I am not using this backpack for my work trips in place of a regular soft sided patagonia backpack that my company had provided me. The most immediate thing for me is my level of confidence in moving the backpack around and placing it down without the fear of crushing my expensive MacBook Pro 16”. This is not a tank, but in comparison with a soft sided one, is really nice and it does provide quite a bit of protection. I will be honest that the other two selling points of this backpack (TSA approved lock and Power bank external ports) are on the gimmicky side in my opinion. I have used the power bank feature, but to be honest it might only be useful if you are sharing power with a friend or something. It works, but it not that important to me as plugin directly into the powerbank is just as simple. The lock is another that I have not used much. If you commute in the crowded NYC subway or Chicago El (or L) where folks might pick you, sure, but as a commuter airport traveler, I feel as if my stuff is pretty safe around me at all times. But the hardshell on this thing and making it be useful, yet super stylish is what it does for me in recommending this cool backpack with some additional dorky, but cool features too. So far the bag has been good. I’ve given it 4 stars just for the TSA lock covering both the zippers, and the fact I can fit multiple laptops inside the bag.I just don’t like the way my laptops rattle around inside. I’ve got individual sleeves for each of them now to keep them from getting damaged. I’ve only been using the bag for 2 weeks. I’ll change my rating in a couple months based on the condition of my laptops.I’ve purchased 300, 400 dollar backpacks that weren’t half as good to me as this one.

This is such a great bag. Very professional looking and well made. It fits so much stuff in it. On a trip to NY, it had 2 work laptops, 1 iPad, a headset, 2 power cubes, and all cables and cords needed. Everything fit comfortably inside. Though it was a little heavy, after a weekend of use, I didn't notice any wear or tear.I really love how soft the inside feels. The material used will keep your valuables from getting scratched or damaged easily.It comes with a storage bag so this can easily be made into a gift. I would grab this for anyone who needs to store their electronic products, especially those who need to carry it to a professional environment.

I have used this to carry all my work gear and it hold an amazing amount of stuff, as I carry a laptop and iPad, paperwork calculator ect. the zipper quality is great, nice and strong. straps are well sewn, high density webbing material.
