I got two of them and one is never worked to me (first, missing part... then, leaking in just a week...) , so we only have a faucet now, which the other one keeps look nice (expected to be forever at this moment... because we cut a mirror for these faucets, so it appears that the water comes from the mirror. If we fix it, it will be a lot of work and money.). Then, the "good" one "oxidized" within 3 months and the "nickel" comes off... (maybe the nickel comes off first then rust?)... I do not know what more to say, but I will do a more traditional faucet next time that I can replace them in a easier way.

Faucet looks nice. Came with 1 piece of poet with instructions... But the instructions are for other types of bathroom fixtures that are not this fixture. So basically zero instructions. No mounting bracket to put behind Sheetrock to securely hold faucet in place on the wall, instead the faucet has ONE little half inch long screw that you could probably screw into the drywall..... But that is in no way a secure way of holding a bathroom faucet in place. We are not going to be using this product in our home, we have found other (better) options. But hey what can you expect from China?

NOT TEMPERED GLASS!!!!! Which worked out for me. It was too long for my vessel sink so I checked the glass using polarized sunglasses and it is not tempered. I was able to drill a new hole in the glass, which also proves its not tempered, since tempered glass explodes when drilled! The spout is now 4 1/4 inches out from the wall and lands in my sink perfectly. It does take some adjustment of water pressure to get it to work correctly and you really have to Mac Gyver the install since it is so unusual and comes with no "real" instructions. I re-routed the plumbing so that the shut offs are behind the refrigerator in the kitchen (kitchen and bath share a wall). That created a nice clean look in the bathroom with no visible water source and you can't see the shutoffs in the kitchen unless you move the refrigerator or physically stick your head behind it. I also fabricated a bracket out of 1/4" scrap steel plate that goes behind the drywall and secures the screw that is under the spout and the nut on the faucet body making it nice and secure on the wall. Its a nice looking faucet but its really a pain in the butt to make it work and look pretty.

No instructions. Must be installed in new construction onto a wood wall or of the like. Drywall will not hold. Cannot find the fittings to keep the waterworks from leaking. Find something not made in China is our suggestion. We are still trouble shooting this to make it work. Now we are three weeks into "fixing" this new faucet.

I placed this faucet in a powder room and it looks like a million dollar bath. My friends are mesmorized by the beauty. I set up a vessel and the faucet. It is simply beautiful.

Nice look but after a year, the chrome is rusted

I have a glass vessel sink and a Kraus waterfall faucet with a glass ring. From experience you must be sure to dry the spout after each use or else calcium will accumulate and destroy the beauty.
