I really liked the product! It has got premium feel to it. Works fine. You can't differentiate it with those 7k otoscopes. Budget option that works. Will definitely report about life of the led. I am only sceptical about led life.

Great instructions and easy to use. I had a bad ear infection and had to go to E.R. Doctor wanted me to return for a follow-up but I bought this instead. I had my husband check my ear and infection was gone. Well worth the money.

Works great for looking in my dog's ears.

Learning to operate the thing is difficult for me. I don't want internet connection. I just need bluetooth. I seem to get stuck right there. Once connected figuring out how to get it on the phone view is really not explained well enough. But once its connected to the phone, what to do next is missing. Once it's all connected it works very well. I wear hearing aides and produce a lot of wax. I just wanted to figure out how when to clean my ears. I use HYDROGEN PEROXIDE for that.

My husband had been complaining about not being able to hear. He is a veteran so I called the VA. I was told someone would contact me - not. Ordered this, got it the next day, checked out his ear, which was full of wax. Peroxide and lavage in the shower-he can hear.

I bought this to check my dog's ears for infection as he is nervous at the vet's office. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised how well it works! It is just what I needed, and I can now confirm my dog's ear infection has cleared up!
