I needed a small strainer to use (instead of the big sifter) for flour dusting of a single serving of fish filet, and the smallest strainer suits that perfectly. The largest one is also great to sieve the not-huge amount of juice left from pico de gallo. (I used it with some potato-cooking water to cook rice, and the rice was delicious!) They clean easily due to the small sizes, and I bought some magnetic hooks to attach to the stove side of the refrigerator, which allows me to hang the strainers where they'll be handy for all cooking purposes.

This set iis very useful for draining noodles and sifting powders like flour. The four sizes prove useful for a wide range of tasks. The mesh size is very fine and does a great job sifting and straining. Despite the fine mesh it is very easy to clean the baskets and the wide rim prevents sponges and cleaning cloths from getting caught. The long handles are very useful for placing over a bowl. You just need to have a deeper kitchen drawer do you store the nesting baskets because the larger one it's fairly deep. A good value for the price.

I’ve used these with various types of liquids and they work well. I added a paper towel to something that I needed to strain extremely particles from and it worked great. I love the different sized and the long handles. I would definitely recommend.

I bought these because I needed a small strainer that would fit a coffee mug or tea cup and this set had just what I needed. I also use the largest one (which is still only 7" inches edge to edge) as a way to scoop a small portion of pasta out of boiling water. Some call this a 'spider' but it's just a strainer to me LOL! Anyway, it's a very nice set and I highly recommend this set.

These are great for straining fruit, pastina. Love that there are sizes. Great price too.
