Wow! You will see instant results after your first use. The instructions don't tell you how long to keep them on but I'd recommend anywhere from 20 mins to overnight. The longer you wear and more frequently you wear the patches the better the results. I love to use these right before I do my skincare and makeup. They surprisingly add moisture and smooth out lines. It is soooo imporant to apply to an absolutely dry, freshly cleansed face, otherwise, they will fall and not adhere to your skin. Easy to store just wash with a little soap and warm water and they're ready for your next use!!

These patches worked okay. They did temporarily smooth out my wrinkles for a special event. The effects did not last for long. These would be nice to have available for an event or photo shoot, but I wouldn't use them regularly.

These didn’t stick very well

I got these because my grandma told me she noticed wrinkles on her chest and so I figured I should preemptively moisturize there. It worked well. It's hard to say about long-term if this would delay wrinkles, but it works well and moisturized me!

I was very disappointed with this product. It did not live up to its promises and it was a waste of time. I would not recommend this product to anyone who wants to reduce their wrinkles. It is better to invest in other anti-wrinkle products that have proven ingredients and results, such as retinoids, vitamin C, or hyaluronic acid. These products can help stimulate collagen production, brighten skin tone, and moisturize the skin, which can improve the appearance of wrinkles over time.

I've been using a silicon patch for my neck for a while now (from another brand), as I believe it at least prevents the necklines from becoming more prominent. I have no concerns about the chest area, so I haven't tried it there. This one is quite similar to other silicon patches I've tried and works similarly as well. However, if you try various patches, you may find something you like that works better for you. Unfortunately, this is not my favorite in terms of stickiness and thickness.Still, I can confidently say that all these silicon patches deliver temporary improvement (only temporary, of course). So you need to be consistent to see any noticeable results in the long run. I am actually okay with its preventative effect. It's probably more noticeable if you use this type of silicon patch on your forehead; then, you can probably notice the improvement after one use (but again, it doesn't last forever, so it needs to be repeated every day). It doesn't have to be this one, but give silicon patches a shot for your forehead, smile line, or under-eye as well, because you might find them working better than you expected.

The overnight wrinkle-smoothing/anti-wrinkle patches by OIA are just OK, and I probably wouldn't order them again. While seemingly well-made, these patches leave much to be desired as they create a new issue by visibly marking where the patch ends after use. The product, although of apparent good quality, falls short in delivering the seamless results expected from such patches at this price point. Overall, I found that there is room for improvement in both design and effectiveness.

Maybe it's just me, but these "silicon patches" seem fairly useless.To start with, I could not get them to fit correctly. I'm a small person and adult one size fit all things do tend to be too big. These are a soft silicon so I figured I could simply cut off the excess and make it work.It didn't help much but I did at least figure out a way to keep them falling out of place.Other reviewers said the patches are hydrating and softening but as far as I can tell they're just a sheet of silicone tape that gets the skin to tighten by sheer force.
