This product works. It's potent to the point where 1/2 of tab would work for many.

These really work to suppress cough
Purchased these on a recent trip to the UK. First "cough" drop I have found that actually suppresses a harsh, spasmodic cough that comes with an upper respiratory infection. I have found that that Ricolo cough drops don't work at all and have more sugar.
