The machine didn’t work, I requested a return but the seller didn’t approve.Don’t get it, you will lose your money.

Please save your money and don’t bother buying this. It doesn’t work, I tried everything! It doesn’t even turn on. The machine is just a box, it doesn’t even start. I tried contacting the seller twice but no response.

Does not work for what it is made ??? Waste of money

Hi. I have had this unit since July 2022. Been using it about once a month. Now in January 2024, i realized it does not work anymore. The buzzing last about 7 seconds. Then no more buzzing audible. No bubbles or water mouvement. To me this is a waste of money if can not last at least 5 years. Unfortunatly there is no link to contact maker.Edit. I contacted amazon customer service who put me in contact with seller. They will send me a new unit in 3-5 days. Will update again my eval once received.Edit #3. I received the new unit 2 months ago and after daily use this one now shuts down 2 seconds after pressing the start button. I have emailed shoptronic again the morning. Awaiting their response. Will update this eval.Edit #2. After emailing Shoptronic, they sent me the new unit at no cost 2 days after i got their last email. So far the new unit is working great. I must point out their amazing customer service. So the morale of the story is to contact seller when a problem arises before doing an eval….

Attention le voltage et la fréquence ne sont pas compatible avec le réseau électrique France.

Don't know how it is possible to sell an item in Europe which is not possible to use because of voltage.

This is an amazing cleanser, my jewelry is as good as new!!! Amazing I always struggled with cleaning my earrings and now … they are so clean! Highly recommend!!!!
