Is this product suitable for commercial use

what do you mean commercial as in used alot,not had a problem with mine, its used for a downstairs toilet with frequent use

Description says: "Any horizontal discharge pipe must be installed with a gradient of at least 1cm per meter". Is this a downhill gradient, or uphill?

I have a fall of 10cm over 15 meter run and it works perfectly well

Do I need to fit the non-return valve if using a horizontal discharge pipe?

Was a great unit but unfortunately I had to return it due to the waste pipe was in the wrong place for the design I got company very quick in delivery and very understanding concerning returning it back

Macerator was not for for purpose, it never worked as it should have and completely stopped working after a few months.The seller will only refund or replace after 6 months.Only option was to send back to manufacture at our cost to get a repair !DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !
