Yes. This is an aneroid sphygmomanometer (cuff and gauge only). To get a reading, you will need a stethoscope. Stethoscope is not included.

Is it easy to put on by myself?

Can I use this with my digital blood pressure machine?

No. This is a manual kit designed for use with a bulb and gauge. Digital machines usually require specific proprietary connectors and sensors that this manual cuff does not have.
