Many good things to say about this coat rack! It arrived very well packaged. Each piece was wrapped in foam or bubble wrap, and then all were taped together securely, which prevented them from shifting around during shipment. Once I got all of the pieces untaped and unwrapped, it took no more than 5 minutes to assemble. It has a nice sleek, modern look and plenty of hanging posts. I especially like how little space it takes up and its heavy base. There is clearly no risk of tipping it over. I ordered it in white, and the only flaw was an area on the base which seems to have a few black scratches. I hoped they might wash off with a mild soap, but they seem to be permanent scratches. They are on the base, so are not too noticeable. Regardless, this is a 5-star coatrack.
