Can not recommend this. Bought because I didn't pay attention to the dosage. The dosage is *FIVE HUNDRED MILLIGRAMS!* The RDA *FIVE MILLIGRAMS!* This product is *ONE HUNDRED TIMES* the RDA! I could *NOT* find even a 50mg dose product! This is so ridiculous, this situation should not even exist. A 50mg dose should be enough for anyone, even a deficient person. So I can't recommend this.
