Definitely helps me sleep at night and I really like the pineapple taste!

This is a wonderful product and it works well. I’ve been using this for sometime and I have no trouble going to sleep. I put one full tube under my tongue 30 minutes before I go to bed and it works wonderful. I’ll let it stay under my tongue, for two minutes and then swallow

Great way to Take Magnesium When Pills are Too Big Delicious!!

I felt compelled to write a review to share how much my sleep has improved with this supplement. I fall asleep right away and stay asleep for 6-8 hours. I’m sleeping very deeply and I wake up still taking very deep, long and slow breaths. I am SO relaxed during sleep. I haven’t slept like this in 5 years. It’s my understanding that magnesium glycinate is one of the few supplements you can actually feel working and this brand for sure works. I’ve really struggled with perimenopause and some months spent more money on supplements than groceries, desperately chasing help in the form of advertised supplements that did nothing. This brand of magnesium glycinate is not one of them! The stuff knocks me out. 🙏🏼 This is an update once learning the supplement also contained Ashwaganda. These drops help with sleep tremendously but after 2 weeks, I can barely make it out of bed and I definitely can’t operate a vehicle in the morning until it wears off. This supplement seems to now have a very powerful sedative affect on me and I need to function so.. I have to stop taking it. I started my period and couldn’t get off the couch for 3 days, which is not normal for me. I love how it helps me sleep but I can’t afford to be sedated. It also seems to now be giving me pretty intense panic, after two weeks. It feels like I’m hormonal in the way I was in my 20s, (I’m now 46) so I definitely now believe Ashwaganda has an effect on hormones. Third update- this product definitely acts as an adaptogen. It’s powerful and I’ve figured out I have to take it around 6pm for sleep because it lasts a long time in my system. If I take it at 6pm, I wake refreshed for work but if I take it at bedtime, I’m still in bed at 9am. It’s STRONG.

MY HOLY GRAIL!!!! I will add a droplet into my drink before bed or straight to my tongue. Within the next 20/30 minutes I am out like a light. I sleep so peacefully when taking this and wake up feeling well rested and refreshed!
