Came dried up
I received the product and tried using it and it was all dried up.

When refining brow the product becomes thick and flaky and the color is uneven....some areas become thicker and darker.

Worked fine the first 3-4 then the the tip stopped working.

Used it once looked great but went to use it again and it was dried out. The lid/cap was on securely so there was no reason for it to dry out
