I've seen a lot of people online use this, so I kind of got sucked into the hype, but I like it a lot. It's very tasty, and it has a distinct spicy ramen quality type of flavor to it. I am a hot sauce lover, like I will sometimes drink the stuff straight so I can handle heat. That being said, this sauce is just as spicy as the sauce packet that comes with the noodles so you should only be using a small amount. I like to do it by a few drops and taste to see if I would like it hotter or not. No more than 1/4-1/2 tsp per one serving of rice or noodles is in my opinion plenty. I'm not sure about the people saying they don't get many uses out of it. The sauce is small but lasts me for months with consistent use. I don't use it every day though. There are many applications that the sauce can be enjoyed, but I like to use it on rice, noodles, when I get Chinese food, instant ramen like Maruchan or Nissin, on burgers, and some kinds of soup. The consistency is thinner than what you get in the packets with the ramen, which isn't an issue for me, so don't go heavy-handed with the sauce. This is a worthwhile purchase for anyone who wants spice and flavor in their condiments.
