Well built, sturdy but not too heavy
Nice and long, works great for training! Sturdy, but not excessively heavy. The stitching appears to be of good quality, only time will tell how it holds up. The clip is a little lighter weight than I would like, but shouldn't have any issues with it.

Buying this 100' leash was a great idea!
I purchased this 100' leash to use for a test. You see, my husky (like all huskies) likes to run away chasing animals the second you unclip her leash. I wanted her to have enough room to run and explore the yard, so I bought a 100' steel braided cable coated in plastic leash. It worked amazing until it was out there a while and it started to get permanent kinks and loops in it from being looped and her pulling pressure on it, and it wouldn't lay flat anymore. The loops were in a place that was able to easily loop around her leg. I bought this leash to replace that. So far Bella loves it. It's insanely light, she literally cant even tell its there. Im walking her around right now with no problems. What I didn't take into consideration was her size, and the width and thickness of this leash. I feel like she could break it with a good enough tug. That's not the leash though, thats me not getting the proper leash for her. This leash is awesome!!! It works so good. I have the looped handle end hooked onto a carabiner. I worry about the stitching pulling out with a good tug, but once again my fault. I will use this when I take them to Raccoon State Park. I can roll it up and carry it if I wanna shorten her leash, and put a velcro cable tie to hold the loop. If you can use a leash this long then get one I'll see how it works long term, but I feel like it'll be okay. I attached pictures of the leash being used and what her old steel cable leash looks like, and why I replaced it. UPDATE: After having the leash for a few weeks now, and using it for a lot of activities, i had to update. I absolutely love this leash. I take it hiking in the trails and just coil it up and carry the loop, and keep her at a short length. That way when it opens up to the streams and stuff, I can let her go. It's great and its holding up to a dog its not really rated for. Im very happy with it!

Perfect for if your dog is lead trained and ready for recall work!
Former professional dog trainer and long time service dog handler here. Is this the absolute top grade leash in this class that you could possibly buy? No, of course not, and that's clearly reflected via the price range, so I'm not knocking it at all for that. BUT! (and this is a HUGE BUT!) If your dog is already familiar with basic obedience/loose lead walking, and is comfortable being on lead (ie: is not a leash chewer), this is the literal *perfect* longline lead for recall work. For recall work you WANT the longline to be lightweight, so the lead isn't getting snagged on every blade of grass or divot on the ground, and this leash is very light even for a nylon, and the handle is great too. The clip is tight with little play, but not so tight that it's hard on the hands to use. Nylon is a bit scratchy, but that's to be expected in this price range, and I personally am not bothered in the slightest about it because I'm specifically using it for recall work, not nose work or man trailing, so my hand's not going to be in the loop often. Also, the stitch work by the clip is a little sloppy. I'd like to see better fusing of the raw edge of the webbing, and I'd like to see heavier duty threads making up the bartack and overlock stitching, so I will probably remove the stitches, properly fuse the raw webbing to avoid fray-based failure, then restitch with a heavy duty thread instead of the standard thread used here. But that's maybe 5 minutes at my sewing desk to get a pretty great training lead in return, so I can't say I'm too upset about it! Just something to be aware of before putting a sewn leash onto a dog. (pro-tip: regularly check your gear for loose stitches, rivets, clips, etc to prevent equipment failure while out and about!). That all said, I would NOT recommend this leash for tracking sports, as I doubt it would last more than a season fresh out of the package; but if you're new to those sports and don't want to invest in the super expensive upper shelf stuff just yet, this could be a practical solution for a trial run *if* you double check those webbing edges and stitches, and reinforce accordingly- tracking dogs pull you on purpose! You need a leash that will not yield to the constant pressure! But if you need a good basic longline for recall training at a budget price, this is absolutely one I would recommend. I also would like to add that a MASSIVE selling point for me was the wide range of colors this lead comes in. So many brands of longline leads only come in black, and when doing recall training in an urban environment this can become a MAJOR problem, as passerby don't see the leash, trip, and faceplant; possibly taking out you and your dog with them on the way down. The yellow lead I chose is very bright, and that's exactly how I wanted it, because I don't want my dog to get hurt while working on recall in high distraction (ie: busy) environments. So in conclusion, if you're dog has the basics of leash work down, and you need a good budget longline to work on recall training, or if you're a fledging in the tracking sports who is willing to give this leash a few minor upgrades so you can decide if you and your dog like the sport before investing in the more expensive gear? This is your leash.

Works great for recall training
The Hi Kiss Dog/Puppy Obedience Recall Agility Lead (15 ft) has been excellent for training our new puppy. The 15-foot length gives plenty of room for practicing recall training while still keeping control, which has been really helpful when teaching our puppy to come when called. The leash feels durable and well-made, and the extra length allows our puppy to explore while we reinforce commands. It’s a great balance between freedom and control, making it perfect for obedience training, recall practice, and early agility work. We’ve used it in the yard and at the park, and it’s been a really effective tool for building good habits. If you’re working on recall training with a puppy or young dog, the Hi Kiss 15 ft training lead is a great option and has worked very well for us.

What I expected.
Just took this out of the package and decided immediately I’m keeping it. Color is definitely a salmon ish color. Smaller diameter than I was expecting but I guess I didn’t measure that part. Some photos are comparing it visually to my 5’ Embark brand (not Target) rope leash that I LOVE and woeks amazing. Anyway, I got this long leash for when I take my dog on trails and other places that require her to be on a leash but I wanted it long and full of slack to make her feel like she’s not on a leash, as she’s extremely obedient and doesn’t actually need one…

L’attache de cette laisse est très mauvaise, ça fait 2 fois que mon chien se détache seul, l’attache ouvre. Et comment en avoir une nouvelle ou un remboursement?

First time used on my labrador puppy and he chewed through it within 5 minutes. I looked round and saw him running off with me holding the rest of the lead. Very disappointing

1 semaine d'utilisation et la longe a brisée à deux endroits. Ce n'est vraiment pas fiable ni solide. Chien: golden de 90 lbs. Je ne le recommande pas!

Make sure to order the wider/thicker option if you have a large dog. It’s a game changer compared to the regular size. Last much longer! The clip works great. Swivels and easy to open.
