Very easy kit with easy to follow instructions. I was able to go online and immediately register myself and the kit without too much fuss. I ordered the female hormone test. NOTE: Does NOT come with the “tape” to measure visceral fat. A bit misleading as I believed somehow the collection would measure that.

Useful test. My great grandma (91) needed to test her thyroid but can't go to the hospital because traveling is too much on her. This is cheaper than doing bloodwork in person, American made, and you get results quick. I highly recommend. Now we can show this to her doctor and they can act on it. I will be ordering again after some diet and lifestyle changes to see if we successfully got her to a healthier state. (

I would use this again. But it only gets 3 stars at this time. I wanted to check my hormones and ordered this test. It came quickly and I fasted for the test. However, they only include 2 lancets and I couldn't get enough blood out of the sticks. (Did everything to try.) I sent the test in anyways, hoping that maybe there still might be enough blood. And there was nothing else I could do past that. It was easy to send back. Two weeks later I had the results that there wasn't enough blood. I communicated that I would like a free test sent out, which they happily and easily provide. The test arrived a week later. Again, only 2 lancets. I fasted and, again, I couldn't bleed enough. Maybe I have thick skin? This time I was almost at the line and so I sent it back and reached out with my concern. The company quickly wrote back and let me know that they could send another free test and more lancets, if it wasn't enough blood. Two weeks later the results came back as not enough blood. And so I messaged the company to let them know that I would need more lancets and the additional test. Two weeks ago by and I reach out, as nothing had come. This was just into the new year and I realize that not all companies work 24/7 around the holidays. The company writes back to apologize and sends me the tracking. Another week goes by and the tracking hasn't been scanned. It simply states the label was printed. I reached out and the next day the label is scanned. I received it without the additional lancets. And so I emailed the company to inquire about the lancets, as it was more about 2.5 months past my ordering the first test. And I was needing hormones as I have "surgerical menopause " which is the worst kind of menopause as they remove your ovaries (my uterus and cervix as well) and you are thrown into menopause immediately. I'm struggling. The company emailed back saying the lancets were on the way. And they came within days. In a red envelope that seemed left over from the holidays with my name written across it. I'm surprised the USPS allowed that bulky of an envelope through the machine with a stamp. Usually this won't happen. I took the test, bled plenty, and sent it back in. Two weeks later I have the results. This was 3 months after ordering the initial test. I then scheduled a doctor appointment. My GYNO looked at my numbers and said they didn't include testosterone and I think there was one more hormone to check that the test didn't include. And so she would need to do her own bloodwork. I trust this doctor with my life and she's incredibly well rated for good reason. The bloodwork price that is charged by her is $150 (cash price) and includes the full hormone work up. I would pay that regardless if I needed just the testosterone and the other hormone level or a full hormone panel. I'm sure Choose Health states exactly what hormones this checks. I'm sure testosterone wasn't listed but I didn't realize I would need it (and the other level). Choose Health did call me about 2 months ago to see where they could improve. And the woman was amazing at listening and taking notes. I truly think this is a needed service with the healthcare system being what it is. I do think if the results come back as not having enough blood that the next test might automatically include another 1-2 lancets or this might be a box that the customer could check to automate this process. I have used this company before and I have been very pleased with simplicity of test and how fast I received results!

Do Not buy these tests! Anything from Choose Health. They have had my test for 1 week it has not moved to the lab. Says results in 3 to 5 days. The email i sent to inquire was bounced back (not a Valid email) so I call the phone number. NO Agent is available?? This is a scam Shame on you Amazon for selling this CRAP! How Valid would the results even be sitting for a week!

Easy enrollment, easy blood collection process, and easy to understand return instructions. Results took about a week from mailing date (IN to UT). The results AI cut and splice video was a bit off putting/ offensive. “You need to take better care of yourself.” That’s why I’m doing the test… Juvenile /20 something comment. Anyway happy knowing the results before I start HRT (even though I know that hormones can be wildly out of wack from day to day for women in Perimenopause).

The test instructions were easy to understand, but read all the way through before beginning the process. Once the lab had the specimen, the results came back quickly and I received the notice of results. Very pleased.
