I have many Samsung products and why I felt comfortable purchasing this product. Cannot adequately rate the sound or remote because they were never used. Wanting to resolve a hearing issue in the living room, I wanted speakers on the opposite end of the room. What prompted this is an interaction I had in the bedroom. As originally stated, I have many Samsung products but, in the bedroom, I have like a 3rd world TV system ROKU and actually never heard of them / it. TV mounted to the wall speakers blast the wall and rest of the house and having to turn it up to 35-45 level to her it really sucked. You can hear it better in the adjacent bedroom and even down the hall then the room itself. Aha, ROKU speakers' minimal cost 2, one on each nightstand. Problem solved volume down to 8-10 clear and quality sound. Let's apply this concept to the living room. Ah look there back of the room wireless speakers. Received and the excitement diminished when the TV would not connect. Trouble shooting, well you have to have a sound bar. Speakers returned and received this sound bar with speakers and WIRES? What part of wireless did I miss? Sound bar to transmit for the speakers to work and wire them together? I don't want wires running all through the room thus the quest for WIRELESS! I felt like I was building a car starting with the air for the tires! Completely ridiculous! Kudos to ROKU tv and component operation and POOP to Samsung!

This has been such a great replacement for old Samsung sound bar. We also purchased the additional surround sound wireless speakers. It has been so nice to not have the sound up so loud just to hear what people were saying. We love this in our house!
