The capacity is enough to charge my phone multiple times, so I do not have to worry about hunting for outlets at airports, on road trips, or during long days out. Having both a USB A and a USB C port makes it easy to charge two devices at once, like my phone and earbuds, without carrying extra bricks. Charging speed has been solid for a 15 W power bank. It is not a super fast charger, but it is more than good enough for steady top ups and full charges while I am on the move. The build feels sturdy and the finish holds up well riding in a bag with other gear. It is a bit on the heavier side, which is normal for a 20,000 mAh pack, but the trade off in capacity is worth it to me. If you want a reliable, no nonsense power bank from a brand you can trust, this is a very good choice.

Good power bank, somewhat heavy, but it works well. Can easily last multiple days and very useful when traveling. It is a little bulky, however.

I bought this for travel that would take me through several airports. I wanted to avoid charging at the gate and have enough juice to last even on the planes. Charging takes quite some time, but once it's charged, it was more than adequate for the task at hand. It charged both my phone and headphones multiple times without needing to be charged itself. My gripes are minor and didn't affect my trip but they're there nonetheless. It's rather large and heavy. Also there is no wireless option. Again that wasn't critical for me but I'd like to see wireless charging in a future version. When not traveling, it actually works perfect for weekend trips to the beach. I can charge my Kindle or phone while lounging in the sand and waves. For the record I use it with my iPhone 15 pro, Kindle paperwhite, Airpods Pro, and Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro.

So I have a smaller version of this by Anker (I think 10,000mAh) and don't know why I wasn't expecting it to be bigger. I guess the picture made it look about the same size. It is not, it is thicker, longer, and wider... you know, for the additional 10,000mAh. Knowing that it will never fit in my pocket well, and probably pull of my cargo shorts due to its weight, It's my "I don't have a plug in the middle of my living room" charger. Currently, for a phone, I have the severely outdated Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. This device will fully charge my phone four times before I have to recharge it. Huge step up from the two. For other devices like headphones or game controllers, it charge a lot of them up way more times obviously. My 10,000 mAh charger is a good daily driver, it fits in my pocket, can give me a charge on everything I'm carrying, and is stylish and sleek. This 20,000 mAh behemoth is either for traveling, or getting "steady" access to power where outlets are not practical or accessible. No real complaints because Anker is a solid brand that I've been a fan of since 2018 or 2019. They do more than just power solutions, and if you don't know about Anker Soundcore, you're paying too much for a lesser bluetooth speaker/headphone.

This charger is great. It holds the charge to itself for a very long time. And I use it for about 3 to 4 days before I have to charge it again and I charge my cell phone with it throughout the day which I have to charge because I’m on it a lot for work and it doesn’t go out fast and it charges my phone quickly and I love that it’s mobile so I can move around with me. The only week it does take a long time to charge, but it’s worth it whenever it is charged.

Compré esta power bank Anker de 20,000 mAh y superó completamente mis expectativas. La calidad de construcción es excelente, se nota resistente y bien diseñada. Es un poco más pesada que modelos de menor capacidad, pero es normal considerando la gran carga que ofrece. Lo mejor es su duración: he podido cargar mi celular (con batería de 4,000 mAh) al menos 4 veces completas sin necesidad de recargar la power bank. También la he usado para cargar audífonos y un smartwatch sin problema. Otro punto a favor es la velocidad de carga. Gracias a la tecnología PowerIQ y VoltageBoost de Anker, los dispositivos se cargan de forma rápida y segura. No se calienta ni presenta fallos. Además, cuenta con varias salidas USB, lo que permite cargar más de un dispositivo al mismo tiempo. En resumen, si buscas una batería portátil confiable, duradera y con gran capacidad, este modelo de Anker es una inversión segura.
