This oil is a life changing, I suffer from PTSD, struggle with mood swing, my hormone is imbalance due to high stress. I am so grateful to came across this hemp oil, I took 1 bottle, it make me more calmer, help a lot with my stress. Great but a bit expensive small 60ml hemp oil supplement for anxiety stress relief , mint taste makes it better for smoking or cooking , getting intimate with partner and calm mind makes the day more relaxed sometimes 4 bottles are not enough for a month . Hemp plant contains Countless health benefits and chemicals which are nicely extracted by them . Thanks

Helps me sleep better and relaxes me
I've been using this Hemp Oil for about 6 or 7 months now and I've been sleeping better since and find myself less anxious overall when I use this in the morning. The taste isn't bad, it's one of the more pleasant oil tastes there is and although the bottle may seem small, it goes a long way. With daily use it lasts me a month. It's completely natural and of good quality so I'm happy with what it is and will continue to buy, peace.

Didn’t help anxiety or insomnia.
I’m sure it’s a very good hemp oil and has done my body good while I’ve been taking it, but it didn’t make any different to anxiety or sleep problems. But now I understand that although this product came up in my search for CBD oil, it doesn’t contain CBD. I have since discovered that true CBD oil is actually better value as you use it in smaller amounts. Aside from that, it tastes pleasant!

STAY CLEAR IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FOR SlEEP AND ANXIETY
I got this to help with my anxiety and sleep and it was absolutely no use at all, I was so disappointed and because I opened it up (obviously) I can not get a refund and it was a lot more expensive than other products available, save your money
