The media could not be loaded. This pillow is SSSOOO much softer and better than memory foam pillows. They last a very long time. Will sleep on nothing else. Comes in a convenient zippered pillowcase. These pillows are the most resilent pillows and they are not as heavy as the memory foam pillows. It's not too hard or too soft and just the perfect height to put my neck in alignment and prevent stiffness the next morning. I loved it so much.

Definitely not for side sleepers.
Very soft and bouncy and comfortable but it won't be helpful if you are a side sleepers as the thickness is less and won't fill the gap between shoulder and neck. You need to place it on top of another pillow if you are a side sleeper. Great for the ones who sleep flat on their back.
