This was an essential part of my recovery after abdominal surgery. It worked since it was a long time before I could lay flat. The pillow and cover are great quality.Just note that since it’s extra wide, that was at times a complication. I slept in a recliner the first weeks after surgery and it was a bit wider than I would have preferred. Even in our king-size bed, it infringed only husband’s “side” of the bed.Still an invaluable part of my recovery.

Pillow quality doesn't loose its shape and has a light weight cushion. Definitely recommend! I did purchase the extra wide cushion. Worth the money!

Perfect firmness but still soft. Very soft to the touch as well. Completely stopped my back pain. Great for daytime use. Nighttime it’s not for me. A little too tall and wide. But I’m not a total back sleeper, I alternate frequently from side to side and on my back so it gets in the way. Plus the height is a little too much at night. Also my knees seems not be negatively affected, a little more pain than before. I also wish it had handled but it’s still easy to move and stays in place well. If you know your way around a sewing machine handles would be easy to attach to the cover and the material would easily allow for it. If I could sleep with it it would easily be a 5*.

This wedge is amazing. Your legs DO NOT fall off the sides since it is extra wide. The regular ones seem to be too small but this is perfect. Gives your legs extra room to move around.
