I bought this sheath because the quality appeared to be a lot nicer than many others I saw on Amazon. Now that I've had a chance to check it out thoroughly, I can say that I am thus far quite pleased with it. I bought it to fit my Cold Steel Code 4 folding knife, which when closed measures exactly five inches in length. This case is a perfect fit. The CS Code 4 is a pretty thin knife (its thickness measures 0.400" including the thumb studs, but not including the additional dimensions of the pocket clip), so I don't know how well it will work with folders that are thicker. This does appear to be a pretty nice sheath. The design and coloration are attractive, it appears well made and nicely stitched, and it's thick without being obtrusive. Additionally, it's stiff yet flexible and should hold up well. The closure snap seems tight and secure as well. Should the snap ever break, however, I'll cut off the top flap and use it as an open top case. When I first placed the knife into the sheath the fit was rather snug, but it conformed quite well in a very short amount of time. I also like the fact that it can be carried either vertically or horizontally. My belt is 1.5" wide and fits the sheath with a bit of room to spare. Based upon everything I know up to this point, I can say that this sheath represents a good value. I would gladly purchase it again. God bless, and stay safe out there! Wonderful fit for my Buck 110.. very well made Sheath!!! I've ordered a few other vendors and the fit and quality Sucked.. at a simular price point.. very happy with this one.. stylin!!!

At first, I was concerned that it was too tight for the knife. Of course, it is very strong, thick leather and within a few times of forcing the knife in and out, it now fits perfect. The Lion button does its job too.

To small

Awesome, it works perfectly for my 110 Buck knife , keeps it tucked up and super easy to pull out and put back, leather seems high quality as well.

I have a Victorinox "Hercules" which is a 4.37"x1.06"x1.26" knife. The listing claims it will fit 5" knives, but my knife doesn't fit. It's disappointing... The quality seems good, but I can't judge since I was unable to really use the item. The listing should be more specific about sizing since that's a very important factor.
