Très bon grips qui travaillent bien les avant bras Ca fait pas longtemps que je les utilisent, j'ai eu un peu du mal les premiers jours mais la c'est bon j'y ai pris gout. J'ai l'impression que la force de mes mains a augmentée et que j'ai gagné un peu en masse au niveau des avants bras et des biceps. Ils se mettent facilement sur ta barre. J'ai meme essayé sur un bar de traction ca marche aussi mais du coup c'est vraiment dur de faire tes tractions comme avant lol Donc attention ca rend toute exercice plus difficile donc ne vous étonnez pas si vous n'arrivez pas a atteindre vos PR de la derniere fois... Bon produit et vendeur sympa et dispo donc 5étoiles pour moi
