Very poor quality
If I could put zero stars I would. This mothers necklace is very poor quality. It looks very cheap and the website photo's are very deceiving, you can barley read the engravings. I wanted to return it and they have a no return policy. Save your money, do not order this product.

Chain broke after one month
It's pretty, smaller than expected. The real problem is the chain broke. Too fragile.

Stones were loose in setting.....but great customer service prevailed!
Item was an anniversary gift to my Wife of 30 years. Gave it to her on Dec 2. It is beautiful and looked great on her. I even bought a 14k gold (not plated) necklace to compliment it. However In just 2 days the stones have come out of the setting twice. I may update this review after hear back from the seller....but for right now, I'm not happy. Update Spoke with Catalina at Gemstoneking customer service and they are sending me a new one immediately. I don't know what experience anyone else has had with this company...but this was great customer service! I'll update again when the replacement arrives Update.....again Replacement arrived very quickly.....after 4 days of wear we've had no problems. It is truly a beautiful peice! My wife loves it! Customer service + Beautiful product = Happy customer. I will order from them again!

Wife refuses to take it off
Looks good came as ordered perfectly and wife hasn't taken it off once since she got it for our anniversary as a gift from me.

Charm OK, but chain is worthless
I was pleased with the appearance and quality of the charm, but the chain (upgraded for $20) was very disappointing. There was no larger loop at the end to make attaching the clasp easy. It took me 5 minutes and a magnifying glass. As others have mentioned, count on getting a different chain. Very pleased with shipping. Order sent overnight Fedex the same day I ordered it.
