This watch is perfect for that. Start, stop, reset is all I need, even though it has an alarm and split-time feature. The instructions are clear, and easy to understand. I think the flashing "Su Fr Sa" on this display is a little confusing, and I can't figure out how to turn it off. Maybe it's not supposed to turn off? I dunno.
