My soil pipe is 100 mm diameter. Will the flange seal fit?

It is designed to fit into a 100mm soil pipe .

I have a 110mm waste/soil pipe and fitting a hung toilet, which has a 90mm od outlet pipe. will the inlet on this fit 90mm? it says 97-107 in text.

Are you sure your pan outlet spigot is only 90 mm throughout it's length? These dimensions should be to British Standard ones, which will fit the McAlpine connector. If you want to be sure I would ask the manufacturer or look on their web site for outline drawings. My pan was a new RAK Ceramics one which fitted it perfectly.
