The Elafix 40 Magnetic Adapter is a precision-engineered safety device designed to fit DN 40+ tank filler nozzles, ensuring exclusive AdBlue® refueling by using a magnetic switch mechanism that prevents petrol or diesel contamination. Made from durable POM plastic and weighing approximately 65g, it guarantees secure, error-free filling for trucks and cars equipped with AdBlue systems.

## Description

ELAFIX 40 magnetic adapter ELAFIX 40 for installation in tank filler nozzle from DN 40, for safe confusion with the petrol and diesel pipes of the fuel piste, refuelling of AdBlue resin material solution in combination with ZVA AdBlue. ELAFIX 40 is fixed by the original manufacturer in a modified tank filler nozzle, DN 40 or larger by snaping. The ZVA AdBlue tap valve only allows filling in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 magnetic adapter. The defined magnetic field in the filling nozzle opens the magnetic switch in the outlet pipe. Filling other fuel tanks with AdBlue is therefore closed. It is also not possible to fill the AdBlue tank with fuel because the petrol and diesel pipes of the fuel tap do not fit into the ELAFIX 40 magnetic adapter.
