Mr Huda's Tikka Masala Curry Paste 160 g (Pack of 3)

Really like this curry paste, the instructions are very clear and it’s easy to use, my only criticism is that it says it makes 16 portions but I have only every managed 6 at most but still much cheaper than a takeaway.

I prefer this to the curries from our takeaway - it`s a lovely curry. Everyone who I`ve invited for dinner has loved it too, as it`s a really authentic flavour and texture. I tend to make a load of the curry bases in advance and freeze them, as that is the messy part (cooking peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato ifor 10/15 minutes and then putting them into a blender is what gives you the real curry texture). Adding some ground almonds, sugar (I actually use Xylitol instead), cream and yogurt - again, you can substitute the dairy with creamed coconut if your prefer - and cook the chicken in the sauce for about 20/25 mins to thicken... and boom, you`ll impress everyone! The Balti flavour is also very good. Mr Huda - you`re a star.

This tastes amazing but there are still a few other ingrediants you need to add to make a tikka, wouldn't buy any other and great service from company purchased them from.

Using Mr Huda's Tikka Masala Curry Paste and the recipe included I was able to make a proper restaurant style and quality Tikka Masala dish for the first time ever. It was absolutely superb and my family loved it. At last I have found the Holy Grail of home made Indian cuisine.

A lovely blend of spices, although I add more kashmiri chilli. Lovely taste and good quality.

Marinate the chicken in this for a few hours and then bake in an oven, it's fantastic.

Mr Huda's pastes are just brilliant. Easy to follow instructions and makes a curry equally as good as one from a curry house. Add coconut milk / ground almonds for a thicker sauce. Big favorite in our household!
