Q: Can someone please describe what come in the package? My packaging seemed old and the only thing it had in there was the filter,

My package was like new. Filter was in plastic wrap with a solution that kept it fresh when opened. Installed easily and has worked really well. Notice a slight performance increase but with the cold weather coming in, I haven't really been able to determine any better mileage. It is good to know that this is a premium product that will last a long, long time.

Q: Do I need to do anything to the filter before I install it?

The K&N High Performance Air Filter 33-2387 is ready to use straight out of the box. The filter can last up to 50,000 miles between servicing, depending on driving conditions. With the K&N Air Filter Cleaning Kit you can easily clean and re-oil your air filter bringing it back to brand-new condition and ready for another 50,000 miles of use.

Q: Does this need to be oiled right out of the box? Instructions on how to oil?

No It is preoiled. Just pull out of box and install where the stock air cleaner was.

Q: I have a 2020 Tundra with 5.7 will this filter fit
