Not in use , but device is ok , no complaints

It’s heavy material to handle, design is ok ok, no water leakage, After 6 months, i see some dust come from press hole, I use filter water, but steam is not right, press hot is low, really my hope is high from press, it’s not up to marks.it’s not working properly, No time saving it’s taking time as a normal press .
