It says to mix 1 scoop into 8-12oz of water, I usually use 12-14 because of how sweet it is. I also add in 1-1 1/2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (w the mother) into it even though it already has some in it for extra benefits. I drink it on an empty stomach every morning and I can feel it churning in my stomach but not in a bad way lol I don’t think I sense a difference in my energy levels, but I do feel less bloated after I drink it before eating breakfast. If you have issues w constipation like me, I’d give it a try. I think it works better for me with the extra apple cider vinegar added, eating a ripe avocado with my breakfast (for soluble and non-soluble fiber) and I also either drink half a bottle of kombucha or a cup of kefir a day for more natural prebiotics/probiotics.
