You might assume I am being hyperbolic (and that's a fair assumption considering some of the reviews for supplements), but I'm being completely straight forward. I started taking anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medications over 10 years ago and my sex drive has continually decreased. I read about testosterone being a major contributor to that and started looking for supplements. I tried a few nitric oxide boosters, but stopped after a friend of mine wound up in the hospital from using them. Knowing that those worked, but I couldn't risk my health, I started looking for natural alternatives that would have the same effect, but without the danger. I was reading a natural health blog and pine pollen was recommended specifically for that purpose. After digging through numerous reviews on Amazon along with comparing quality, potency and sourcing, I decided to give this one a shot. Within a week of taking three capsules every morning I noticed my sex drive increase dramatically and morning wood I hadn't had in years. Within one month, I went from being able to have sex about once every three to four weeks to deeply desiring sex multiple times a week. Additionally, my increase in natural testosterone surprisingly also improved my mood and decreased my depression (my wife pointed this one out). Although, I thought it was a coincidence (correlation isn't causation), I forgot to take this for about a week around six months after I had started taking it. My depression came back hard and when I remembered to start taking it again, it immediately subsided. I'm not one to make false or simple claims, nor am I one to be affected by the placebo effect (at least not with depression and anxiety), but this has truly changed my well-being, health and helped my marriage by relieving the stress of a destroyed sex drive.

I didn't get the energy boost, and I only felt subtle libido increase mainly because pine pollen pills don't get absorbed by the stomach very well. There are other health benefits too. but I'll try the tincture that should be mofre effective.

I know pine pollen has a lot of great health benefits, but my favorite is the energy boost. I'm a 45 year old woman and do not have the energy I used to. This stuff gives you a very natural feeling energy boost that lasts all day. And when it's time to go to bed, you're ready and you sleep great all night. I would definitely suggest you take it no later than noon as it will give you a restless night's sleep if you take it later than that.
