Oh what a joy
I am a fan of needlepoint and cross stitch but my eyes are not.I already have +4 reading lenses in my specs and they did not allow me to focus on close up needlepoint, embroidery or cross stitch. My optician told me i needed at least +6 at a cost of £100 for eye test, lenses and frames. It was very much hit and miss as to getting the needle through the correct canvas holeI needed to use a round the neck magnifier, which kept slipping down and i could not get the angle of dangle correctFor the price of these clip ons, it was worth a shot.Very impressed, large clip over lenses that will fit large or small specs, very clear vision, superb magnification. No slipping down, do not make me feel sick when i move my head (issue with over the neck magnifier)Needlework is no longer frustrating, just a pleasureHighly recommended to anyone who needs higher magnification for close up intricate workAnd even a bigger bonus NO extortionate optician fees :--0)

My subjects for painting are sometimes very small And the glasses enhance what I am painting.
Work very well on small pieces of work but a bit clumsy and difficult to keep over my glasses.

Dont be ordering these if you wanted them like yesterday, took a month to arrive from Japan!
I am very long sighted and I have a cataract. I find my prescription reading glasses inadequate for very close work like sewing. I was finding it impossible to thread a needle or read frustratingly small instructions on products. These magifiers are ideal for this sort of purpose to boost your glasses. For the money, they are made well and really useful and you can flip them up. They are a hindrance to leave on your glasses permanently though. Japanese technology sent with a floral thank you card and a mini origami bird! Worth the money and the wait.

Clip on magnifiers
Print in books seem to be getting smaller, these help to enlarge print and relieves eye strain, recommended
