The erasable pens are excellent for everyday use.

I was hesitant to buy these pens because I have such a negative idea about erasable pens thanks to the cruddy ones we had available to us 20 years ago.I have to say that I think these pens are MAGIC!! I am truly in love with them that I've gone all over the office trying to get my coworkers to switch.I work in finance and I often have to correct paperwork by using a colored pen. I often make mistakes while correcting mistakes and using whiteout tape looks horrible. Having the ability to erase my mistake makes me look like I make no mistakes ;)The red pen is not as dark as I would like but it gets the job done. The writing is smooth and clean. I haven't had any smudges as of yet and best of all, its almost impossible to erase using a standard eraser. No one will ever know they are erasable even if they tried to erase because it takes a lot of rubbing. When you use the included eraser, the ink disappears completely. There is no trace of anything having been written which is why I call these pens MAGICAL.They are a bit pricy but worth the price. I will be stocking up on refills :)

These pens are simply amazing. They write perfectly.

I have several Rocketbooks for which these pens are required. The 0.7 pens are great for that. These pens are too narrow for my liking for that although they do write nicely and erase cleanly on paper. So it comes down to what you like, and what you’re planning to use them for. I use my pens a lot being a student and I prefer to take my notes in pen, but the ink doesn’t seem to last very long. I am also clumsy and dripping my pens frequently, which may have something to do with that. I’m not sure if these pens are affected by dropping them as some gel pens are. You’ll have to decide that on your own, but something to pay attention to.

I make many mistakes writing and need something to use that I can erase. It is kind of difficult to see when writing with a pencil. These are bold, you can easily see them, and the best part is that I can erase if I have made a mistake. They erase completely, too. I wrote a bunch of stuff on a memo pad, and erased it. you could hardly tell the memo pad had been written on before.I use them for my Bible as well as my Latin notes. These, if you have to erase, do not tear Bible pages.I asked for these for Mother's Day, and am gonna ask Santa for more for Christmas. Love, love, love!Also, and it's kinda fun, the ink disappears if heated, like with an iron or by the windshield on a hot day. My granddaughter uses them for sewing projects. To bring the ink back, just put the item in the freezer. I would think these would be great fun for kids to write notes to each other--kind of a modern day invisible ink.This company make erasable highlighters too.

Best pens for students! I really enjoy all of the FriXion pens, extra fine, fine, bad point, and the markers. I use them all in my planner which makes it really nice to keep it organized, pretty, and colorful. They erase really easily, which makes it nice for notes during class. Instead of scribbling out parts of notes I mess up I can just erase it and save a lot of paper. The eraser isn't like that of a pencil with a rubber type erase, its a silicone material and erases with friction so there is no eraser mess to wipe away. The only thing that could be problematic is that since the ink erases with friction, any heat source will remove the ink from the page so you can't laminate anything.I would really recommend these pens/brand.

Erasable pen update.When the previous review was written, I had only used one of these pens, and it ran out of ink in one week of normal use. However, the other pens I own have been fine. Perhaps that particular pen was defective. I still love them and use them all the time, except to write checks, of course.Love!!! these pens, so why only three stars? Because I've never had a pen that runs out of ink so quickly. By the time I was done filling in my yearly calendar, the pen was empty. That being said, they really, do erase, and without any erasures. I own these in red, blue, and black in both the 7mm and the 5mm. They write really well, but I do wish the ink lasted longer. One week of writing is truly unacceptable. Maybe that one pen was defective, but I'm using the others and we'll see how long the ink lasts.

I have used erasable ink int he past and was not impressed - this is the real deal. A great super-fine point pen that does not smear on paper - and with friction, erases off the paper without smearing or clogging the eraser. The ink literally dissapears when friction is applied with the built-in plastic eraser. Let me be clear - the eraser does not 'remove' the ink with crumbs like any conventional eraser you have ever used - the ink disappears to clear!I originally purchased the pens to write on plastic paper - which it does well at. Be advised on plastic paper, two clarifications: #1. It takes about 15 to 30 seconds to dry on plastic paper (and that time may vary with high humidity environments) #2. It erases with damp cloth (so it is not water proof ink on plastic paper) - this may be very desirable or disasterous depending on your desired use.

Tiene una finura al contacto con el papel muy bueno y no falla lo más minimo,eso si,no apretar la punta contra el papel, mi hija la doblo sin ningun esfuerzo uno de ellos,por el resto muy aceptable.

My daughter always seems to put lines through her work at school. Now call me old fashioned but I think it looks untidy and that care has not been taken. Having thought about this and the fact that the pen rubbers of old did not work I came across these.The ink just goes away as though it was never there, no trace, no paper marks, nothing, extra chuffed.This has actually made a real difference with my daughters work, it looks smarter. Oh and I forgot to mention the pens write really well and do not smudge or smear if left for a few seconds after writing, great.
