376344 Montana Plastic Primer - 400ml

Excellent, clear instructions on the can though the writing was a bit small to read. The product goes on smoothly and dries really well. No colour shifting on alcohol ink art. Essential to wear a good fitting face mask and use in a well ventilated area.

Couldn't use as nozzle arrived broken and spray would just fizzle around the top

Works very well, I was more than impressed. Some primers are useless and actually hinder the end product but this did exactly what you wanted it to, fast and easy.

I've been comparing loads of different brands and you can trust Montana Gold to be good.

Varnish is pretty much the end spray after your done.Tip: order one or two of these, because you don't want to be short supplied when you wanna finish a project.Two cans arrived damaged and amazon resolved the issue every time, with one day shipping. No questions asked. Remember, if there is any kind of sent, damage or chance of defects, report and replace. Be safe.

Hatte mich mit Montana-Dosen für einfache Deko-Arbeiten eingedeckt. Plan war einen 23mm Zierring aus Edelstahl in schwarz matt einzufärben.Habe hierzu das Teil mit Schleifpapier angeraut, danach mit Isopropanol gereinigt, trocknen lassen und dann erst grundiert, antrocknen lassen, 2x schwarz matt gelackt, antrocknen lassen und danach mit Klarlack/matt versehen.Die Grundierung gefiel mir hierbei am Wenigsten: Trotz perfekter Vorbereitung erzielte ich einen Steinschlag-Effekt. Foto 1 zeigt die Grundierung auf einem alten Radkreuz - Foto 2 zeigt den Edelstahl-Zierring nach Grundierung und Schwarz-Lack - der Steinschlag-Effekt ist hier am deutlichsten zu sehen.Im Vergleich zu allen anderen Montana-Dosen scheint die Grundierung auch einen deutlich höheren "Durchsatz" zu haben - es kommt recht viel raus und das habe ich mit Erhöhung der Entfernung ausgleichen wollen und versucht so dünn wie möglich aufzutragen. Anscheinend reichte das noch nicht aus.Das Ergebnis überzeugt nicht wirklich: Mir ist das Lackbild zu ungenau, bzw nicht eben genug. Hätte ich doch bloss ohne Grundierung direkt auf den Edelstahl gelackt und lieber eine geringere Haltbarkeit in Kauf genommen.Ihnen hat die Bewertung und/oder die Fotos bei Ihrer Kaufentscheidung geholfen? Dann würde ich mich sehr über einen Klick auf 'Nützlich' freuen.

Used this along with their metallic graphite to paint the rims on my 4runner. Really happy with how they came out, almost matched the original trim color.
