I wanted to augment the isometric exercise I have been doing with my legs through an indoor cycle setup. This bar is perfect to pick up and do some repetitions when having to sit for any period of time. You feel the improvement in a relatively short time. Posture is better, shoulders seem wider, easier movements. I recommend.

I like this product, it will all work out for me in the end. When I first tried it, I thought they had sent me the strongest one they had. After examining it, I figured out there was not a steel bar in the middle, and it actually would bend. Lol Sometimes I forget I am old and weak. But this product will definitely help my shoulders, given time. If anyone else runs into this type of problem, all you need to do is go to your hardware store and get you a 1 1/4 inch hard PVC pipe 1 foot sections. This makes it easier for me to bend, and will eventually help me work up to the strength I need use do this thing without any help. Great product, I wish I had had one of these a long time ago, I may not have the problems I have now. It will work.
