Great tiny dishwasher
Great price for a compact dishwasher! It's almost a year old, still working great. Doesn't come with any hoses/install kit, so make sure you have that ready when it arrives. Quality is good, it's a cheap tiny dishwasher. It does what it's supposed to do, dishes nice and shiny, easy to clean filter.

Efficient, reasonably priced, and works great!
I am absolutely in love with this compact dishwasher. The various settings that are available gives me so many uptions. It is easy to use and has the capacity for my larger items. Well worth the price. I have been using it nightly since it was installed. Thus dishwasher is working great.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS
Don't even know if the dishwasher is good quality or not seeing as it's been a month since purchase and we STILL have yet to use it. Listen to the other reviewers and don't be tempted by the price, because I'm sure it's fine if you manage to get one that is delivered in working condition, but be warned if you get a broken one delivered to your door. Here's our dishwasher saga... Our old dishwasher shot an E4 code and stopped working at the beginning of June. Well we wanted to update our appliances anyways so instead of trying to figure it out we just opted to buy a new one. This dishwasher gets delivered the next day, the husband installs it and it immediately shoots an E4 code as well. After much debacle that night of not getting it to stop with the E4 code we called it a night. The next morning my husband took off the bottom pan that catches any loose water (which is what shoots the E4 code) and starts the dishwasher up. Water begins pouring out into the kitchen floor. Well low and behold we turn it over and the sump pump housing part has a massive hole in it (absolutely nothing we could have done that could have caused this) So we immediately contact Midea customer service and send them all of the required proof of purchase, error, and the broken part (This process took a couple days from start to finish). After almost a week they finally have a ticket created for us, but instead of replacing the machine they want to send a technician out to fix it. Then after another few days I get an email saying that I need to call and schedule an appointment with this local company, which makes sense. I call this 1 star rated appliance repair company and they just won't call us back. Three more days go by and I finally get a random text from this company (that I still have yet to talk to) saying our appointment was scheduled for July 8th (glad I work from home). The next day I get another text saying it's now the 10th of July. Keep in mind we've now been without a dishwasher for almost a month. Finally we decide after the unprofessional quality of their technician and the fact that the repair date puts us handwashing dishes in the world's tiniest sink to over a month we decide to call Midea back and ask for a different technician. The person I spoke with said that no our appointment with this tech was July 9th (which was wrong) and that they would absolutely find someone else and promised me he would call me back the next morning. Perfect. Five days pass without a call. So I finally call them again and ask what is going on and they tell me that another technician was never requested and the case wasn't escalated, but thank goodness person number 2 promises me that they have now escalated it and that we will get a new technician. Now I'm getting blown up the next few days with calls from Midea asking me to confirm for the 8,000th time my name and address, so I do every time they call and I ask for an update on what's going on with our case and all they can say is "someone will call you and let you know". Awesome.. Then yesterday I got an email from Midea telling me I hadn't given them the confirmations and information they needed... I have been in constant contact with this company for a month and you're telling me you don't have my last name and address by now? I respond to the email, no response. Tonight I get a random call stating that they are issuing us a refund because the service technician came out and said it was non repairable. Guys its July 3rd, still a week out from one of our three scheduled dates. I tell the woman that it's impossible that it's 'non repairable' because no one's even been to our house to look at it and it's been a month! The woman acts confused as I'm telling her no one's been to our house and that a refund is nice but it still doesn't get me a working dishwasher. She hangs up, and less than 5 minutes later calls me back and says "yep all we can do for you is give you a refund". What in the world kind of customer service is this??? I've had two broken dishwashers sitting in my house for a month and this company instead of just refunding me a month ago or sending a replacement led me on a wild goose chase for a repair and then told me they couldn't help me. So now I still have two broken dishwashers and it's going to take upwards of another month to get this refund check, assuming it even comes because I trust this company as far as I could throw them. Absolutely horrible company. Do not ever buy anything Midea. Please learn from our mistake and the mistakes of all the other one star reviews.

Surprisingly Happy
This is my first 18โ dishwasher but Iโd buy this one again. Not many options for 18โers, and most of them are substantially more expensive then a typical 24โ. I have used this dishwasher for about a month and really find it to be quality, and a good looking addition in the kitchen. The drawers move easily and feel solid. The door feels heavy. Iโm honestly surprised at how quality it feels for the price tag. Itโs very quiet. Thre is brief period at the beginning and end of the cleaning cycle where you can hear the pump humming, itโs about as loud as a microwave running, but it only lasts for a minute or so. The rest of the time you barely hear it. Installation was easy. I did have to build a bit of a โplatformโ for the legs to stand on so it would be flush with underside of countertop. You could just buy some 1x3s and have it sit on top of those. I considered a Bosch that was 2x the price but Iโm happy with this bad boy.

Very Convenient and Easy to Use
I am beyond impressed with my new dishwasher! From the moment I installed it, I noticed how quiet it runs โ even during the longest cycles, it's barely audible, which is a huge plus in my open-concept kitchen. The cleaning performance is outstanding as well; it consistently leaves my dishes sparkling clean, whether it's a heavily soiled load of pots and pans or a delicate glassware cycle. The variety of wash options, including quick and eco-friendly settings, gives me flexibility for every kind of load, and Iโve been pleasantly surprised by how efficiently it uses water and energy without sacrificing cleaning power. In addition to its great functionality, the dishwasher's design is sleek and modern, complementing the style of my kitchen perfectly. The racks are adjustable, making it easy to fit everything from tall items like baking sheets to smaller cups and bowls. The spacious interior also accommodates large loads, which means fewer runs and more time saved. Overall, this dishwasher has exceeded my expectations in every way. Itโs not only made my kitchen routine more efficient, but itโs also a reliable, high-quality appliance that I can trust to get the job done with minimal effort. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and effective dishwasher.

Works absolutely great
It works absolutely great, I put it on my home and it works just like a regular dishwasher, is smaller so it fits perfect for a family of 2 and I have to do it everyday. The normal cycle takes 2h25 min but it was a lifesaver for my home!
