Is this frost hardy ?

Don’t know as I use it inside in a turtle tank

I can put water lettuce in a fish tank?

Not really as they are meant for ponds unless you get small ones but beware they do expand also they do multiply so you may find you have a tankful of water lettuces. Also the roots may clog your pump - best to stay with aquarium plants

How big will these water lettuce grow?

I had no luck with the Water lettuce, died soon after putting it in the pond
