Perfect for food scraps to compost
I purchased this to mount on the end of a long counter/island to sweep food scraps into. I compost, and this is the perfect size to collect scraps. The lid on this has a really nice feature, where it can either open normally, or backwards. The backwards opening works great when mounted on the end of the counter, as I can leave it open and sweep scraps directly off the counter into the container. When closed, there are no odors from the container either. The inner "can" lifts out separately, so no need to remove the entire can from the mount. After dumping in the compost bin and rinsing out, it's back into the container. If you do need to remove the entire can for cleaning, it's as easy as lifting off the mounting bracket. Installation took less than 5 minutes and was super easy and simple.Verdict, this was great value for the money, seems reasonably well constructed, and works great.

Perfect compact bin for small spaces
This stainless steel trash can is perfect for tight spots like under the sink or inside a cabinet. The lid keeps odors in, and the inner bucket makes it easy to empty and clean. It looks modern, doesn’t take up much space, and works great for compost or bathroom trash. Very handy for RVs or small kitchens too.

Attractive and easy to install
I like the way it looks very much, and I like that I can hide it on the back of a cupboard door. I also love that the top opens two ways, very convenient for putting in scraps. The only issue I have is that the charcoal doesn't do all that much to contain the smell. I wish it was a little stronger. Still, which the top is closed it's not bad, and the size is good. The bags fit well, but don't stay in place as well as I had hoped. Still, all in all it's a good unit, I'm pleased....

Stylish Composting and A+ Customer Care from Linssen
In the realm Amazon sellers with randomly generated brand names, the Linssen Stainless Steel Hanging Trash Can emerges as surprisingly well-built item of design and utility. Its sleek, white finish not only complements a minimalist aesthetic, but also proves a durable, easy-to-clean surface. The easy two-way opening mechanism works smoothly and seamlessly. The interior bucket is both practical, readily accommodating a standard spare grocery bag, and easily detachable for a hassle-free disposal experience. While the product shines operationally, the hanging mechanism could be enhanced to a sturdier metal fixture over the current plastic, ensuring longevity even under the strain of repeated use.Notwithstanding this minor quibble, the bin’s features, such as the advanced odor-absorbing filter and the premium food-grade stainless steel construction, set it apart. In addition, their kind and efficient customer service helped me get out of a pinch, sending me a replacement part for free. Great stuff!

Great…but
Overall well built and easy to use trash/composting solution. Like it! Looks good, sturdy metal, discrete, but holds a decent amount of small trash. It seals well to trap odors and is the perfect size for under counter or wall mount anywhere. Bonus, regular plastic bags from stores fit perfectly, it has recycle conscious all over it. I’m using it in the kitchen currently, great for random food packing, paper towels, and all that random stuff we humans encounter or produce that will easily pack in there. Be aware, friends, the sticker back wall mount will NOT last alone, it’s clearly not designed to do so. It’s there entirely to stick temporarily in the right spot/level to a surface, then put screws through the two screw holes provided through the wall mount. There’s just no way it can be for anything else. Might be slightly annoying to you: no screws included for this. Fortunately I have a bunch of hardware to do this, but not everyone will. Just make sure you have some drywall screws, wood screws, or possibly toggle bolts if you want to make this a rugged permanent fixed install that won’t slide down, get loose, or fall off the wall. The sticky back on the mount cannot support this cool little metal cleanup receptacle on it’s own for more than a day, if you’re lucky.

Visually Bold, Functionally Meh
The design grabbed me, the urgency sealed the deal, and the return hassle convinced me to keep it. But this thing barely seals in odors like it claims, and the included hardware? Drywall screws that feel ornamental at best. Eye-catching? Sure. Useful? Only if your expectations are pre-defeated. It technically works in a pinch, but mostly feels like a decorative placeholder for something better. Thanks, Amazon, for designing a return maze so convoluted it practically begs you to settle. Convenience by coercion...well played.
